Jews do Food. All the time. Our big days are days of Fasting and days of Feasting. As Allan King put it so pithily, “A summary of every Jewish holiday: They tried to kill us, we won, let’s eat!”

But food has greater resonance. There are the deeper wells of family, heritage, belonging and spirituality and health.

Each session will consist of a workshop of creating, cooking and learning as we plumb the depths of some of meanings and tastes of a full range of healthy, innovative food. Danielle worked with world-renowned Chefs Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi; her recipes are featured in some of their books.
